For the last 4 weeks we have been given very useful teaching sessions on the basics of InDesign by former Stockport student and current member of Textbook Studios, Vicky Carr. She took us through the basics of designing our business cards, portfolios and an introduction to Live Surface. This will make it simpler for me to create my promotional material in the future and hopefully making it a little easier to get my name out there.
